　　斯德哥爾摩大學坐落于素有北歐的威尼斯之稱的瑞典首都斯德哥爾摩，是瑞典規(guī)模最大的大學之一，也是瑞典高等教育科研的中心機構。

　　大學建校于1878年，最初只開設自然科學方面的課程。1904年建立授予學位制度，在隨后的20年間創(chuàng)建了法律和人文科學學院。1960成為國立大學，四年后又增加了社會科學學院。從此學生人數(shù)陡增，校舍逐漸擴展。目前擁有數(shù)位在全世界享有盛譽的科學家，它是瑞典最大的高等教育機構之一。大學致力于自然科學、人文學、社會科學和法學領域的高品質教育和研究。

　　在軟科2021世界大學學術排名中，斯德哥爾摩大學居第全球74名；在2022年泰晤士世界大學排行榜上，斯德哥爾摩大學名列第176位；在2022QS世界大學排名榜上位于第148；在2022USNEWS世界大學排行榜上位于第123名。

　　每年斯德哥爾摩大學提供一些獎學金給來自歐盟或者歐洲經濟區(qū)以外的優(yōu)秀學生。申請者應當是歐盟或者歐洲經濟區(qū)以外的公民。獎學金只包含部分或全部學費，學費會從中扣除，不包含生活費用和其家屬的相關費用。申請截止日期3月31日，學校會在4月中旬通知獲得獎學金的學生。
